The box includes:
2 x 200g pack of cold smoked trout
2 x 125g packs of hot smoked trout
2 x 150g pots of ChalkStream smoked trout pate
3 x 260g fresh fillet steaks twin pack (vacuum packed).
Minimum 7 days shelf life for hot and cold smoked packs and 3 days for pate. Maximum shelf life of 5 days for fresh fillets before freezing. All products suitable for home freezing except the pate.
Allergy Advice: Pate ingredients include FISH, MILK, EGG, MUSTARD, SULPHITES.
