When tasting, try to keep things simple - serving with melba toast or a plain cracker to appreciate the full flavour of the caviar and really pick out the different notes and flavours. And make sure to cleanse your palate with your favourite glass of English sparkling wine or ice cold vodka before tasting each one!. This set is available in 10g (perfect for 2 people) or 30g (ideal for 6 - 8 people) options, with the "Deluxe" option also coming with 3 beautifully crafted Mother of Pearl tasting spoons and a caviar key
